President
Peter serves as president at Strategic Healthcare and oversees the Strategic vision and operations of our organization. Peter brings with him 25 years experience as senior law enforcement executive in the greater New York City area where managed several facility clinics. Peter and the rest of our team enjoy the great personal satisfaction that comes from finding the right employment opportunity for our highly skilled, highly sought after professionals. He is pleased that most of our referrals come from word of mouth from the great support we afford our traveling healthcare professionals the great experiences that make up "The Strategic Difference" for our traveling healthcare professionals.
Mike Vanacore
Vice President of Operations
Mike serves as the Vice President of Operations and brings with him over 15 years experience as managing director of call in sales center management teams. He has worked for some of the biggest global corporations developing sales processes both overseas and in the United States. Mike's main focus is to create an experience for the traveling healthcare professional that really makes our company stand out among the many staffing companies in a sea of staffing companies for what we refer to as "The Strategic Difference."
Claudia Brando
Controller
Claudia serves at Controller at Strategic Healthcare and manages our fiscal oversight and quality assurance areas. She brings with her over 15 years experience is all aspects of fiscal management and oversight. Claudia works tirelessly to ensure each one of our healthcare professionals is taken care of in all aspects of their respective experience and is a large part of "The Strategic Difference."
BARBARA L. O'BRIEN, RN, MSN, Cert.
Director of Nursing
Barbara is the President and owner of Magnetic HealthCare Strategies, LLC. Strategic Healthcare Staffing has retained Barbara and her company as Director of Nursing for Strategic Healthcare Staffing, with a special focus on managing the Joint Commission certification. Barbara works directly with Strategic Healthcare Staffing's Quality Assurance Specialist. In addition to overseeing the Joint Commission certification, Barbara reviews all Strategic Healthcare Staffing employees end of assignment evaluations.
JOSH MOSKOVIZ
Director of Account Management
Josh serves as our Director of Account Management. Josh has developed great relations with the largest vendor management systems in the nation such as American Mobile Network, COMFORCE, Right Sourcing, All About Staffing and Cross Country among others and maintains job orders at over 3,000 hospital facilities nationwide. It is his unique ability to impress facilities with his expert knowledge of staffing that permit us to continue to grow as we get awarded on average 2 new hospital contracts each week which gives our healthcare professional more and more choices for employment.
MOLLY VALAN
Assistant Hospital Account Manager
Molly is the Assistant Hospital Account Manager for Strategic Healthcare Staffing. She is a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Her background is in customer service and data management. She has been working in the healthcare industry since 2005.
