From working with nurses and other healthcare professionals, we know that top of your mind is one key question: What will you pay me—and what benefits do you offer? While we can’t answer the pay question here on our website since each position, each contract, pays differently, we can tell you that you will earn more working with Strategic than you will with our publicly traded competitors. Publicly traded firms report a 25 to 30 percent margin, which mean they pay you—at most—only 70 to 75 percent of what they bill a facility. Strategic, on the other hand, operates on a 15 to 20 percent margin, giving you 80 to 85 percent of an equivalent billing. This difference adds up!
